Special Announcement:
ReplyDeleteI am pleased to announce the first opportunity for you to attend an informational evening for all players, parents and coaches interested in the 2013 Spring Soccer Academy being run by Shel Brodsgaard in the Comox Valley. The program is going to be available to youth soccer players from the ages of 10 years to 16 years and will run for a total of twelve weeks starting first week of April 2013 and concluding the first week of July 2013. To provide you with a detailed description of the academy programs information is currently provided on the blog located at
http://soccerwithshel.blogspot.ca/2012_12_01_archive.html
In an effort to bring together interested players, families and coaches I have arranged the following information meetings located at the Old House Resort and Spa in the Denman Room:
Monday, January 21st, 2013
Old House Village Hotel & Spa
1730 Riverside Lane (250) 703-0202
http://www.oldhousevillage.com/
530 pm – 7 :00 pm Players, parents & coaches ages 10, 11, 12 years
7:00 pm – 8:30 pm Players, parents and coaches ages 13-16 years
The aim for these informational meetings is to review the academy model being created and address all concerns regarding CVUSC House & REP Soccer, defining and explaining the age groups, outlining the skill-based model for assessment of the players, as well as address the program content and goals. It is my goal to form the following groups for the 2013 Spring Academy:
Group One: U13, U14, U15 age groups. Please note, U13 participation determined with a skill-based assessment.
Group Two: U13, U12 and U11 players. Please note, U12 and U11 participation determined with a skill based assessment.
Group Three (if needed): U12, U11, U10 players. This program will be offered based on interest or demand and the program will be modified to meet the needs of the respective participants (for example, training only with no games; allowing the kids to play house soccer.)
If you would like further information regarding the 2013 Spring Soccer Academy please email sheldano@telus.net.
That is a very rational thinking to make youth develop a sense of games. Actually I also wanted to be a partner of a soccer camp so applied at Youth Soccer Camps to be a part of a soccer championship. To encourage young people as well the ones who wan to organize these camps can see this site for further details Youth Soccer Camps.
ReplyDeleteIf you are just a fresher, you need to develop your ideas about the game by learning each and every skill from a renowned coach or a successful player.
